The service

MyPost Social generates Facebook posts using AI, built from the website content, reviews, and promotions you provide, and publishes the posts you schedule to your connected Facebook Page. You review and approve what goes out under your business name.

Your account and information

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, reviews, and offers you add to your Knowledge Base.
• You're responsible for maintaining control of your Facebook Page and any login credentials associated with your account.
• You agree to use MyPost Social only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with Facebook's own terms and policies.

Facebook and third-party platforms

MyPost Social is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Facebook remains subject to Meta's own terms. We are not responsible for changes Facebook makes to its platform, API, or policies that affect the service.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of your business information and any content you provide us. You grant us a license to use that information solely to generate, schedule, and publish posts on your behalf as part of the service. Posts generated for your account are yours to use.

Payment and billing

Pricing and billing terms are confirmed with you directly, whether through a demo call or at checkout, before you're charged. Continued use of a paid plan after that point constitutes acceptance of the pricing agreed at signup.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyPost Social to generate or publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes on someone else's rights, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.

Disclaimers

MyPost Social is provided "as is." While we ground every post in information you provide, we don't guarantee specific results, engagement, or business outcomes from using the service, and you're responsible for reviewing and approving content before it publishes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealDealerAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MyPost Social.

Termination

You may stop using MyPost Social and disconnect your Facebook Page at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
